noisy climate control loud music
I am not happy with my room. the climate control was noisy, so i turned it off to get some sleep. live music thumped until late. It played right below my first-floor room. i could not sleep well at all.

room decor amazing decor luxurious hotel old furniture broken phone furniture condition
the room decor and the entire hotel are amazing and luxurious. the staff could not do enough. (i really felt pampered). the bar staff to the breakfast staff were amazing.
The room was a bit of a letdown. Some furniture looked old. the phone in the room wasn't working so i needed to go to reception for everything. i think there should be alternatives.

spacious room comfortable bed lovely decor
the luxury double room was a great size the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing i found the room clean and spacious the christmas decorations throughout the hotel were very nice the ghd hairdryer and straighteners were a lovely touch
the minibar pricing was not immediately clear upon arrival

stylish stay close to everything
comfortable bed spacious room modern decor
my husband and i booked the mini suite. the room featured modern décor. i found the bed comfortable. it was very clean and spacious. we were well looked after.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy and hard to control.

cute staff spacious room central location modern tv
the staff at the restaurant were cute the room was spacious and clean it accommodated all needs. the location was central to everything the city offers the room had enough space for my luggage. the room also had a modern tv that worked well. staff at check-in were very cute.
the hotel lift was quite small it could be inconvenient with large luggage
